Description
The PowerShares DB Base Metals Fund (Symbol: DBB) (the “Fund”) is based on the Deutsche Bank Liquid Commodity Index - Optimum Yield Industrial Metals Excess Return™ (the “Index” or "DB Industrial Metals Index") and is managed by DB Commodity Services LLC (the “Managing Owner). The Index is a rules-based index composed of futures contracts on some of the most liquid and widely used base metals – aluminum, zinc and copper (grade A). The Index is intended to reflect the performance of the industrial metals sector.

Investors can buy and sell shares in the Fund at market price on the NYSE Arca, Inc. Ordinary brokerage commissions apply. Shares may only be redeemed directly from the Fund by Authorized Participants in blocks consisting of 200,000 shares.
